i had 4 reseller accounts with hostgator with a large number of sites spread across the four accounts, the accounts were unlimited to how many could be hosted, i was well within allocated bandwidth and space on the packages and i paid a full year in advance for the main ones once sites got busy and more traffic as they do, Hostgator started to suspend the whole lot of sites within the packages and said too much CPU usage, this was without any notification and all my clients suffered because of them i have since asked for a cancellation and a refund, now they want to be helpful and try to keep me as a customer -- some chance of that, not
