| since our last post Andy Piner has been very busy, we tracked him down to the small village of Tosside nr Slaidburn after ripping Dunsop Bridge Garage of he seemed to go quite, he the opened Brockthorn Motors in Bolton, there web site is owned by a Miss Helen Clarkson Cambrian Business Park, Derby Street, Bolton, BL3 6JF Telephone: 01204 391834 Mobile: 07455 837821 he then has opened a sales pitch at Anchor Service Station in Darwen, up to now in 2014 he seems to be making a name for himself in running debts up around Blackburn & Darwen, rumours have it that he was prosecuted in 2013 for fraud and was given a suspended prison sentence, so if any one has been a victim of him please contact the trading standards or action fraud and you might get a result i have noticed a couple of things in twitter @victimofpiner @DONTGETPINERED i will post on here any new info on here as we find out |

Andrew Piner, aged 42, of 74 Knightswood, Bolton, was fined £3,500 and ordered to pay £600 costs by Bolton magistrates for selling cars on the streets of Bolton. The council’s licensing unit had gathered evidence over a number of months at locations including Hunger Hill, Chequerbent and on the A6 in Westhoughton, an area which is plagued by cars for sale on the street. A total of 10 offences of street trading of motor vehicles without authorisation were disclosed to the court. The offences took place between March 7 and May 31. Piner was fined £350 for each offence. He did not attend court and indicated a guilty plea by way of a letter to the bench. A council spokesman said: “The council is pleased that the magistrates have recognised the seriousness of this problem and reflected it in the fine which, it is hoped, will act as a deterrent to others.†The prosecution is the first of its kind in the town and comes after years of complaints over rogue traders plaguing the streets. Last night, Mr Piner defended his actions, claiming he had no idea it was illegal to sell cars from the roadside when he started the venture. He added: “I‘m no car dealer. I’m a man with three children who decided to buy and sell cars as a second income to support my family because of the credit crunch. It’s scandalous that this has happened. I will be appealing against the fine.†|
